1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of the RED Driving School website and all services offered by RDS Driving Services Ltd ("RED", "we", "our"). By booking lessons or using our services you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

2. Lesson Bookings

Lesson packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. RED will use reasonable endeavours to match you with a suitable DVSA-approved driving instructor in your area. If we cannot match you within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice by the pupil may be charged at the full lesson rate. Unused lessons from a package may be refunded upon written request — please contact our service team. RED reserves the right to cancel lessons in exceptional circumstances, in which case alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Instructor Status

All RED instructors are DVSA Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs). RED franchised instructors are self-employed and operate under the RED franchise agreement. RED acts as an introducer between pupils and instructors.

5. Pupil Conduct

Pupils are expected to treat their instructor with respect at all times. RED reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if a pupil behaves in an inappropriate or dangerous manner.

6. The RED App

Access to the Learn to Drive with RED app is included with lesson packages for the duration of the package. App access is personal to the purchaser and may not be shared.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images and app content, is the intellectual property of RDS Driving Services Ltd. Reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RED's liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
